First Deputy Chairman of the Government of Russia Denis Manturov, during a working visit to Indonesia, met with the co-chairman of the Russian-Indonesian Joint Commission on Trade, Economic, and Technical Cooperation, the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs of Indonesia Airlangga Hartarto.
The parties discussed a wide range of bilateral cooperation issues, paying special attention to trade, investment and finance, industry and energy sectors.
Another relevant agenda item is the diversification of international logistics routes, including the use of the Northern Sea Route. To assess the efficiency of transit shipments in this area, the organization of a joint pilot voyage in 2027 is being developed.
