Moscow put up for open bidding large room for business, located in the Danilovsky district. The area of the facility exceeds 1.2 thousand square meters. This was reported by the head of the Moscow Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.

It occupies several floors of a non-residential five-story building near the Avtozavodskaya metro station. The object has a free designation and is suitable for an office, a multidisciplinary medical center with inpatient care, a private educational institution, a hotel, or other types of business. Interested individuals and legal entities can apply to participate in the auction until October 22,” said Kirill Purtov.
The premises are located at: Avtozavodskaya Street, building 17, block 3. An open auction will be held on November 3rd on the online platform “Roseltorg”. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature will be required to participate. The seller of the real estate is the capital city Department of City Property.
