LLC “DZPM” (an enterprise of the OAT Group, part of the structure of PJSC “KAMAZ”) celebrated its 27th anniversary since its founding. The ceremonial event was dedicated to two occasions at once – the company’s birthday and Machine Builder’s Day.
The plant was established on October 1, 1999, as an independent legal entity based on the powder metallurgy production of JSC “DAAZ”. Over 27 years, the enterprise has progressed from a plant subdivision to one of the industry leaders and today is a reliable supplier of components for the country’s leading car manufacturers.
The production process is based on the classic powder metallurgy cycle: mixing, forming, sintering, calibration, and anti-corrosion treatment by vapor oxidation or vacuum oil impregnation. The plant manufactures structural and anti-friction parts based on iron and copper using alloying elements such as carbon, cobalt, nickel, molybdenum, manganese, and sulfur.
Constant modernization of production and the implementation of modern technological solutions allow the enterprise to expand its range: today it includes both time-tested serial products and new developments that meet the requirements of modern automotive engineering.
At the celebratory event, the company leadership thanked the team for their professionalism and contribution to the development of Russian industry, emphasizing that the coordinated work of the team is the key to future achievements. Following established tradition, on this day the best employees were honored: they were presented with city and regional awards, as well as certificates of inclusion on the company’s Honor Roll.
