Another residential building will be constructed in the Voikovsky district for implementation renovation programs. The building will be constructed at the address: Narvskaya Street, land plot No. 1. The corresponding project has already been approved. This was reported by the chairman of the Moscow City Committee for Pricing Policy in Construction and State Examination of Projects (Moskomexpertiza) Ivan Shcherbakov.
“A positive conclusion has been issued by the state examination for the project of a building with 368 apartments in the Voykovsky district. It will be constructed as part of the renovation program on a land plot of about 0.9 hectares, at the site of two five-story buildings from 1965–1966 that have been resettled. The building will consist of two separate sections connected by an underground parking lot. The total living area will exceed 24 thousand square meters,” said Ivan Shcherbakov.
The apartments will be handed over to the new residents with finished final decoration, glazed loggias, and installed plumbing fixtures. One of the sections will have four two-room apartments adapted for residents with limited mobility.
Access to the building will be possible from two sides. This solution will allow residents to go out into the inner courtyard without crossing the roadway. The entrance groups will be equipped with double vestibules leading into spacious lobbies.
An information center for the population on the renovation program will be opened in an extension to one of the sections. The first floor will be allocated for commercial facilities. The total area of public and non-residential premises will be about 900 square meters.
Near the future new building are schools, kindergartens, shops, parks, squares, and public transport stops. The area around the house will be landscaped: a children’s playground and sports ground will be equipped, lawns and flower beds will be planted, and paths will be laid.
The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It involves relocating about one million residents of the capital from 5,176 buildings. Previously, Sergey Sobyanin ordered to accelerate the implementation of the program in twice. He also said that thanks to the original architecture, the new building under the renovation program became a new attraction Tsaritsyno district.
Detailed information about the renovation program, including information about buildings under construction and completed houses, is published on the portal mos.ru.
