A series of free master classes will be held for young residents of the capital in the multifaceted space “Youth of Moscow. ‘Zvezdny’ at Vernadsky Avenue, building 14. Participants will get acquainted with booking services, learn to work with sound recording equipment, and master the principles of using a 3D printer and laser engraver. Citizens aged 14 to 35 will be able to attend the classes. Registration is open in the group “Youth of Moscow” on the social network “VKontakte.”

“We want young Muscovites to have the opportunity to try new things, develop creatively, and master modern technologies. Our master classes are not just sessions, but a space where everyone can find their calling. Come, create, and discover something new!” emphasized Margarita Savinkina, the head of the ‘Youth of Moscow’ project.

Thus, on October 14 at 5:00 PM, a workshop titled “From Idea to Your Own Track” will take place. Participants will get acquainted with recording studio equipment and will have the practical experience of recording their own audio track. The session is suitable both for beginners and for those who have already tried their hand at music. A young musician, performer, and producer, Yeremey Gudkov, will help guests understand the intricacies of recording; he will show how to work with a microphone and sound editor. According to him, the workshop is intended for those passionate about music. It doesn’t matter whether the participant has experience or is just starting to learn mixing software. If there is an idea and a desire to bring it to a finished track, Yeremey will explain where to begin and how to prepare for studio work so that the time spent there is used as effectively as possible.

On October 21 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at the session “From Idea to 3D Printing,” visitors will be introduced to the basics of modeling, familiarized with the principles of 3D printer operation, and the development of special models for printing. Anna Chernyshova, a student of the All-Russian State University of Justice (RPA of the Ministry of Justice of Russia), has already attended this session and was satisfied with it.

“3D modeling surrounds us everywhere today — from medicine and engineering to design and everyday objects. This master class proves that skills in 3D printing and modeling are not a narrow specialty but a versatile tool useful in any field. It will be especially beneficial for young people passionate about modern technologies. This is an opportunity to master an in-demand skill now and turn your idea into a real object,” Anna noted.

The final session of “From Idea to Custom” will take place on October 27 at the design and customization studio. Here, young people will be able to familiarize themselves with equipment for applying images to various surfaces and working with a laser engraver on different surfaces. Stepan Maslo, who attended such a session, noted that he came to the master class out of interest in design, and left with the understanding that customization and working with a laser engraver are now used everywhere — from manufacturing and advertising to gifts and personal branding. The ability to turn an ordinary item into a unique one is a true skill that will definitely come in handy both at work and in life.

The multifunctional space “Youth of Moscow. Zvezdny” offers free booking services to young city residents aged 14 to 35. The venue operates daily from 10:00 to 20:00. Here, you can rehearse in the training hall, prepare for exams in the coworking space, or give a lecture in the multipurpose room.

“Opportunities for Youth 3.0” is a project aimed at creating conditions for the self-realization of young people. It provides an opportunity to participate in the development of advanced solutions, to try their hand at scientific activities, public service, and international cooperation.

Youth support programs are implemented within the framework of the national project “Youth and children”. It helps to master a sought-after profession and start a career, obtain a grant and launch your own project, go on a themed trip across the country, and also allows engaging in science at leading universities from the first year.
