Network of coworking centers for non-profit organizations (NGO) has opened a new season of the “Mentorship” program. Experienced specialists will help novice employees develop socially significant initiatives and build systemic processes. Professionals will support mastering key areas: social design, fundraising, reporting, and informational transparency.
“Mentorship” is, above all, a collaborative effort that helps organizations find new growth opportunities. Thanks to the experts’ experience, participants will be able to bring more socially significant initiatives to life. The program will allow matching a mentor to the specific tasks of the project, so that participants receive targeted recommendations. Submit application available from October 10. Each participant will have access to 10 online consultations over six months.
Mentorship Directions
Dmitry Grigoryev will act as the curator for organizational management and reporting — a coach-consultant and expert in the field of organizational development of NGOs. During consultations, he will help build a management structure, distribute areas of responsibility, set up internal processes, and prepare the organization for sustainable operation.
Regarding fundraising, the curator will be Ekaterina Kuznetsova — a fundraising expert and the lead consultant at the NGO “Solutions for Charity.” You can work with her on fundraising strategy, application preparation, and engagement with donors and partners.
The “Information Transparency” direction will be presented by Yanna Avrelina — PR Director of ANO “Center for the Protection of Homeless Animals ‘Value of Every Life'”. The specialist will help build communication with the audience, prepare a content plan, and make the organization’s work more understandable for society.
Tatiana Chudilina will be in charge of the topic of social design — she is the owner of the social marketing agency “Sila Dela” and a producer of social projects. During consultations, she will help prepare the project for presentation to corporate and private donors, and find new formats of interaction with businesses.
Experience of past seasons
The “Mentorship” project began its work in 2024. In previous seasons, experts have already helped NGOs solve specific tasks. For example, the autonomous non-profit organization “Our Gift” built social media promotion and developed a content plan after consultations, and the autonomous non-profit organization “Right to Life” prepared individual proposals for businesses and private donors. The autonomous non-profit organization “Invatris” prepared a grant application for submission to a specialized competition with the help of a curator.
“Mentorship” is one of the formats of the free educational program “NPO Lab”. Other options are also available to participants training formats: advanced training courses, webinars, personal consultations, video courses, intensives. The program has been implemented by the network of NGO coworking centers since 2016.
