Lanzhou, April 17 /Xin Hua/ — China has successfully launched a high-precision satellite for comprehensive greenhouse gas monitoring from the Lanzhou Space Center in northwest China on Friday.
The satellite was launched with the help of the Changzheng-4B (Long March-4C) carrier rocket at 12:10 Beijing time and successfully reached the planned orbit.
For the Changzheng / Long March series launch vehicles, this was the 638th launch.
