At the National Center “Russia” in Moscow, on the sidelines of the main IT forum “Digital Solutions,” a solemn ceremony was held to award the winners of the national IT award of the same name. Fourteen laureates were recognized as key projects contributing to the development of the digital economy and technological sovereignty of Russia. The awards were presented to the winners by Deputy Prime Minister – Chief of the Government Staff Dmitry Grigorenko.

“For the second year in a row, the “Digital Solutions” award recognizes Russian IT products and services that are in demand by the government, business, and citizens. This year we have expanded the number of categories to cover more developments in various fields, as well as to show the scale and diversity of the domestic IT industry,” said Dmitry Grigorenko.

The National “Digital Solutions” Award was established by Government Decree No. 1461 dated September 23, 2025, to encourage the best projects in the IT field. In 2026, 932 companies from 68 regions of Russia submitted applications for the award. Out of 1,332 applications across 14 categories, 42 projects were selected, developed by startups, small businesses, as well as large corporations. The applications were reviewed by an expert council comprised of representatives from the Government, the Ministry of Digital Development, specialized associations, and representatives of leading IT industry companies.

The winners of the second season of the “Digital Solutions” award are:

Among the participants and award winners are both startups and leading IT companies in Russia. Projects were evaluated according to uniform criteria, including the scale of implementation, significance for the industry, innovativeness, complexity of execution, and verified results. Expanding the list of nominations from 8 to 14 allowed recognition of a larger number of innovative IT developments and covered all areas of digital transformation—from socially significant electronic services and AI agents to comprehensive infrastructure and systems ensuring the operation of entire sectors of the economy.
