An important disclaimer is at the bottom of this article.

From October 12, on weekdays, the transfer between the Kaluzhskaya and Vorontsovskaya metro stations will be temporarily changed.

Due to escalator repairs, from 08:00 to 09:00 and from 18:00 to 19:00, a surface transfer will be arranged between the Bolshaya Koltsevaya and Kaluzhsko-Rizhskaya lines. The underground passage will only be operational towards Vorontsovskaya station. To transfer from Vorontsovskaya to Kaluzhskaya, city residents should use exits No. 11 and 12. Entry to Kaluzhskaya station will be organized via exits No. 1, 2, 3, and 4. Through exits No. 7, 8, 9, and 10, it will only be possible to exit from the station.

Passengers are advised to plan their routes in advance and, if possible, use other modes of transport or postpone trips to off-peak hours. Residents and visitors of the capital are also asked to be attentive, follow the rules of using the metro, and comply with the requirements of its staff.

Escalator maintenance is essential to ensure comfortable and safe rides. The capital’s metro operates under some of the strictest infrastructure maintenance requirements.

All work is planned to be completed by November.
