On Thursday, April 16, the Client Day of PJSC “KAMAZ” took place in Nizhny Novgorod. As part of the event, a test drive of the newest generation K5 KamAZ truck tractor was held.
The promo event was organized jointly with the official dealer of the automotive giant in the region, LLC “Nizhbel”, with the assistance of the Trading and Financial Company “KAMAZ”. The main goal was to demonstrate to potential buyers the wide capabilities of the latest generation K5 KAMAZ trucks. Invitations to the event were received by major clients operating freight vehicles, representatives of transport companies, and other consumers from the Nizhny Novgorod region.
Deputy General Director – Commercial Director of JSC “TFK “KAMAZ” Andrey Asromesin addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. He emphasized the strategic importance of renewing the model range to strengthen the company’s positions in the freight transportation market.
The presentation part was opened by the sales director of vehicles in the Volga Federal District of TFK “KAMAZ”, Alexey Romanchuk. He spoke about the key advantages of the K5 generation vehicles. In addition to demonstrating new KAMAZ models, event participants received detailed information about comprehensive business solutions: service maintenance that ensures uninterrupted operation of equipment thanks to a developed network of service centers, a leasing program with flexible financing conditions that allow optimizing the costs of fleet renewal, as well as the model range of trailer equipment.
At the same time, guests were given the opportunity to personally evaluate the advantages of the vehicles. At the autodrome, participants, together with TFK instructors, tested the KAMAZ-65659 tractor both as drivers and as passengers. Also, for the test drive, a fuel tanker on the KAMAZ-65658 chassis was provided.
KAMAZ-65659 semi-trailer tractorIt is a representative of the K5 generation magistral family of vehicles, which is the third main version of the popular KAMAZ-54901 tractor truck. A distinctive feature of the truck is the additional lifting axle, which increases the total mass of the road train to 44 tons without violating the law in the field of weight load restrictions. The KAMAZ-65659 is equipped with a spacious flat-floor cab, a 482 hp engine, an automated gearbox, and is designed to work with various semi-trailers with a support coupling height of 1150-1170 mm.
A truck exhibition, in demand in various fields of activity, was held simultaneously. Visitors were shown K5 generation tractor trucks — KAMAZ-54902 and KAMAZ-65955, as well as a KAMAZ-65951 dump truck and a flatbed truck with a KMTU crane. Specialists from TFK conducted technical consultations and answered questions from potential consumers.
