In the southwest of the capital, a transport passage between Khersonskaya Street and Nauchny Proyezd has been improved. Specialists Moscow urban utilities complex They completely replaced the road surface, updated the lighting system, and landscaped the area.
Road and sidewalk renovation
Specialists have repaired the roadway and pedestrian zones. Over 1,500 square meters of asphalt pavement were laid on the sidewalks, and another 3,500 on the roadway. The final stage was applying fresh markings and installing 60 new road signs — this will make traffic on the section more orderly.
Modern lighting and clear skies
During the landscaping, care was taken to ensure good visibility in this area at night and safety. For this purpose, modern contrasting lighting poles “Sirius” and energy-efficient street lamps were installed, which excellently illuminate both the road and the sidewalks.
Overhead power lines were relocated underground: 667 meters of cable ducting were laid for this purpose. This not only increased safety but also improved the appearance of the passage, as the excess wires were hidden.
Greening
At the final stage of landscaping, specialists from the urban utilities complex renovated nearly 2.9 thousand square meters of lawns along the roadway. These green zones have organically integrated into the urban environment.
