As part of the International Day of Older Persons, festive events are being held for veterans and retirees of the automotive giant at the plants and divisions of PJSC KAMAZ.
Caring for the older generation of Kamaz employees, who laid the foundation for the company’s development, has always been an integral part of the social policy of PJSC KAMAZ. The automobile giant continues to provide them with comprehensive support. Thus, for the International Day of Older Persons, the company organized trips for veterans and non-working pensioners to the clinic-sanatorium “Naberezhnye Chelny.” This year, 310 vouchers were allocated, most of which have already been used; 33 pensioners will rest and improve their health until the end of autumn.
Traditionally, during these days, concerts of amateur performances, tea parties, creative evenings, and other festive events are held for elderly KamAZ employees in the company’s divisions and organizations. This year, as part of the Decade of Older Persons, a tour to the city of Chistopol is organized for the company’s veterans, and there is also a planned visit to the exhibition of the KAMAZ Visit Center and the Historical and Local Lore Museum of Naberezhnye Chelny.
In addition, Kamaz veterans are visited and congratulated by representatives of the factories and departments of the auto giant during the decade. A total of 300 pensioners, including those from liquidated units, will be given gift cards to the “Lenta” store.
