The annual program “Give Music to Each Other,” performed by students of the M.M. Ippolitov-Ivanov Children’s Music School, will take place at the Sheet Music Library No. 17 named after P.I. Jurgenson.
Works of world classical music from various eras will be performed: Baroque (Johann Sebastian Bach, George Frideric Handel, Christoph Willibald Gluck), Classicism (Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Ludwig van Beethoven, Carl Czerny), Romanticism (Franz Schubert, Robert Schumann), Impressionism (Claude Debussy), as well as Russian music (Mikhail Glinka, Sergei Rachmaninoff) and modern classics (Sergei Prokofiev, Dmitri Shostakovich).
The program will be conducted by musician and teacher Tatyana Tsepe.
