Many of you have seen for the first time how a large industrial production is organized, how trucks are born, and how a team of thousands of people works. No one remains indifferent seeing the scale of the enterprise, having the opportunity to be part of the great cause – creating vehicles that ensure the country’s transport security. You have shown that student labor is a serious contribution to the common cause. And for this, we thank you very much!” – addressed the participants the Deputy General Director – Chief Financial Officer of PJSC “KAMAZ” Andrey Maksimov.
As part of the event, awards were presented to the best teams based on overall performance, production and commissar activities, as well as to the best commanders, commissars, foremen, and press secretaries. For these young people, this is not only recognition of their achievements but also a real opportunity to start a professional career at one of the largest enterprises in the mechanical engineering industry.
“Each of you has written your own line in the great history of our enterprise and in the history of student teams in Russia. You stood by the conveyor alongside our best masters, delved into the processes, were not afraid of difficult tasks, and proved that young people today truly know how to work, – noted the Deputy General Director of KAMAZ for Security Lilac Galiakberov. – For KAMAZ, cooperation with student teams is a long-term investment in the future. We will be glad to see you again at our company as young specialists, engineers, technologists. Thank you for your work and commitment!”.
In addition to job offers, the top managers of PJSC KAMAZ handed the young Novozhilov family from the Perm Krai the keys to a two-room apartment in rental house 78/04. It is noteworthy that the couple came to KAMAZ under the RSO project in 2024 and 2025, got married in June this year, and came to their honeymoon in Naberezhnye Chelny at the All-Russian RSO Veterans Rally. During the summer project, they worked in the Zonal Headquarters and continue to work at KAMAZ.
Recall that this year the project “All-Russian Student Production Team ‘KAMAZ'” is being implemented for the fifth time. Student teams from 19 regions of Russia participated in it. From July 20 to September 30, 330 students worked at five enterprises of PJSC “KAMAZ” – Automotive, Foundry, Press-Frame plants, as well as at the Bridge Plant and the Engine Plant. The young people were engaged at key production sites, mastered working professions, and gained their first practical experience in real production conditions.
During the working season, the mentorship system was once again applied. Among the project leadership positions were three students who had previously participated in the project. Their activities were supervised by employees of the Zonal Headquarters of the Student Teams of PJSC KAMAZ. The mentorship system is a distinctive feature of the All-Russian Student Production Team “KAMAZ” and allows experience to be passed from senior participants and staff employees to young leaders directly at the workplace. During the fifth project, the hands of RSO fighters assembled 5,593 vehicles, 5,581 cabins, and 4,236 engines. In total, across all stages, 26,965 vehicles, 25,462 cabins, and 16,156 engines were assembled.
In addition to working at the auto giant, the students participated in sports and creative events, educational activities, and volunteer actions. Also, in September, as part of the project, the in-person stage of the all-Russian media competition “Bloggers at the Auto Giant” took place, whose finalists came to Naberezhnye Chelny to see the company’s operations from the inside and to talk about the use of KAMAZ trucks in various sectors of the economy. Thanks to the work of the Zonal Headquarters of Student Teams of PJSC “KAMAZ,” operating since 2024, employment at the company is carried out year-round. During this period, 6,783 people obtained jobs at the auto giant.
