In Tsaritsyno, construction continues on a new building for the emergency medical services substation with a central warehouse. The work is being carried out as part of the Targeted Investment Program. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.

“A modern ambulance substation with an area of about four thousand square meters is being constructed on Proletarsky Avenue. The medical facility will be designed for six teams. Currently, interior finishing of the premises is underway, facade installation and engineering communications laying continue. The overall construction readiness of the building exceeds 60 percent. The main scope of work is planned to be completed by the end of 2026,” said Vladimir Yefimov.

The building is being constructed at the address: Proletarsky Prospekt, land plot No. 24/2/1. It has a concise form and clear geometric lines. Architectural expressiveness is created by contrasting combinations of white, gray, terracotta, and yellow colors.

“High-quality materials, predominantly domestically produced, are used in the construction of the substation. This not only ensures high operational performance of the facility but also supports Russian manufacturers. A ventilated curtain wall system is applied for the exterior finishing, which guarantees durability and reliable protection against atmospheric effects. Metal cassettes and aluminum panels are used for cladding, and non-combustible mineral wool for thermal insulation. The plinth and entry group stairs will be finished with natural Ural granite,” noted the head of the capital’s Department of Civil Construction.

Alexey Alexandrov.

Wear-resistant materials are used in finishing rooms, meeting modern standards as well as fire safety, hygiene, and operational requirements.

All stages of the construction of the medical facility are supervised by Moscow City State Construction Supervision Committee (Mosgosstroynadzor).

According to the chairman of Mosgosstroynadzor Anton Slobodchikov, on a land plot of more than 0.4 hectares, the agency’s specialists conducted three on-site inspections. They assessed the compliance of the completed volume of structures and the materials used with the project documentation and the approved architectural and urban planning solution. During construction, specialists follow the unified approaches of ‘Moscow Control’ to work safety and reliability.

The new building will create conditions for the substation employees to work. The dispatch room will be located on the first floor, the second floor will be allocated for psychological relief rooms and rest areas, and the administrative services will be situated on the third floor. The building will also include cloakrooms, storage, and technical rooms, and the basement will house spaces for storing medical equipment.

A comprehensive landscaping will be carried out on the substation territory. Parking bays, rest areas with benches, and a vehicle washing station will be installed here. In addition, a fence will be erected and the area will be landscaped.
