PJSC “KAMAZ” was visited on a working visit by a delegation from the National Association of Infrastructure Companies (NAIK).
The delegation, headed by NAIC General Director Maria Yarmalchuk, included more than 35 leaders of Russian enterprises – members of the association. An introductory tour was organized for the group around the auto giant’s facilities, which traditionally began at the “KAMAZ” Visitor Center – here the guests were presented with an exhibition dedicated to the history and key milestones of the company’s development. Then the delegation members visited the company’s most modern plant with a high degree of automation – the Cab Frames Plant. At the Automobile Plant, they became familiar with the operation of the cab assembly line and the main assembly line. The next program item was a visit to APAC “KAMAZ-master,” where the famous “KAMAZ-master” team is based.
The tour at the company’s Scientific and Technical Center has concluded: guests were presented with an extensive exhibition of the latest K5 generation vehicles. The exhibition showcased models relevant to the Russian market: KDM on the KAMAZ-6595 chassis, dump trucks KAMAZ-6595 and KAMAZ-65952, truck-mounted cranes on the KAMAZ-65657 chassis, semi-trailer tractors KAMAZ-65656 and KAMAZ-65955, concrete mixer trucks, fuel tankers, and other special equipment based on KAMAZ chassis. Additionally, a test drive of the vehicles was organized at the Research Site. Company representatives personally tested the vehicles, assessing their advantages.
In the second half of the day, a technical conference was held at the general directorate. The participants discussed the prospects for further cooperation in the operation of wheeled equipment in the field of road construction, and touched upon issues of strategic partnership between NAIC and PJSC KAMAZ.
