October programs allow you to gain practical skills within up to three months and have the opportunity to start a new job this year. We offer practice-oriented training precisely in the fields where there is stable demand from employers and salary growth. Eighty percent of our graduates receive job offers while still studying, and their average salary increases by 50 percent. As Sergey Sobyanin noted in Moscow’s social protection system development strategies until 2030, the city offers residents of the capital and other regions the opportunity to develop their personnel potential and successfully integrate into the capital’s labor market. To this end, the city is creating a modern educational infrastructure for adults and children across a wide range of training programs, and this work will continue.

The Employment Service of the city of Moscow is the largest state personnel operator that helps the residents of the capital in finding jobs. Its structure includes employment offices, many of which are located in the public service centers “My Documents.” Flagship centers are open at the addresses: 2 Kuusinena Street, Building 1, and 48 Shabolovka Street. The specialized employment center “My Career” is located on Sergiy Radonezhsky Street (building 1, structure 1).

In the fall of 2025, the “Professions of the Future” center established its own practical training site in Pechatniki. The educational process is built as a complete cycle—from training to graduating ready specialists and their subsequent support in the labor market. Adult residents of the capital will be able to acquire a sought-after profession or improve their qualifications and rank at the new center.
