The city put up for public auctions two non-residential premises of free use in the Arbat area. They are located near the Arbatskaya and Smolenskaya metro stations. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.

“When choosing a space for business, it is important to evaluate not only its area but also the potential audience. Arbat is interesting because of the combination of different customer groups: residents of the neighborhood, Muscovites working in the city center, and tourists. Such an audience creates demand for various goods and services, opening opportunities for shops, creative studios, and enterprises in the trade and service sectors. To develop such projects, the city is offering two multipurpose premises for auction, with areas of 60.7 and 131.8 square meters. Investors will be able to select an object based on the scale of the business and space organization requirements. Both individuals and legal entities, including sole proprietors, can participate,” noted Kirill Purtov.

The first space, measuring 60.7 square meters, is located in the basement of a building on Arbat Street (house 9, building 2), near the Arbatskaya metro station. The second space, measuring 131.8 square meters, occupies the basement and first floors of a house on Shubinsky Lane (house 2/3). It is located close to the Smolenskaya metro station. The seller of the property is a Moscow-based Department of City Property.

Applications for participation in the auctions can be submitted until October 7 and 21, depending on the lot. Open auctions will be held on October 16 and 30 on the electronic platform. “Roseltorg”. Participation requires registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature.
