1. On the forecast of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation for 2027 and for the planned period of 2028 and 2029
The report was presented by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

1. Take note of the report by the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, M.G. Reshetnikov, on this matter.
2. Approve the forecast of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation for 2027 and for the planned period of 2028 and 2029 prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia together with the interested federal executive authorities.
2. On the draft federal law “On the federal budget for 2027 and the planned period of 2028 and 2029”

Approve the draft federal law “On the federal budget for 2027 and for the planned period of 2028 and 2029” and submit it to the State Duma in the prescribed manner.
3. On the draft federal law “On the budget of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation for 2027 and for the planned period of 2028 and 2029”
Government decision:
Approve the draft federal law “On the Budget of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation for 2027 and for the planned period of 2028 and 2029” and submit it to the State Duma in the prescribed manner.
4. On Amendments to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated June 19, 2012 No. 610 (regarding amendments to the Regulation on the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation)
The draft resolution is aimed at bringing the provision into compliance with Article 4 of the Federal Law No. 256-FZ dated December 29, 2006 “On additional measures of state support for families with children” and paragraph 2 of the Rules for the development and approval of administrative regulations for the provision of public services, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 20, 2021 No. 1228.

Approve the draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation on this issue.
5. On the draft federal law “On the budget of the Federal Mandatory Health Insurance Fund for 2027 and for the planned period of 2028 and 2029”
Government Decision:
Approve the draft federal law “On the budget of the Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund for 2027 and for the planned period of 2028 and 2029” and submit it to the State Duma in the prescribed manner.
6. On the draft of the main directions of the unified state monetary policy for 2027 and the period of 2028 and 2029
The draft document contains the objectives and approaches to monetary policy, the current state of the economy, and forecasts for its development in the medium term.
Government Decision:
Approve the draft main directions of the unified state monetary policy for 2027 and the periods of 2028 and 2029.
7. On the draft federal law “On the ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on the joint construction of the second main track with a gauge of 1435 mm on the cross-border section of the Zabaikal – Manzhouli railway.”
The bill proposes to ratify the agreement signed in Beijing on May 20, 2026.
Government Decision:
Approve the draft federal law “On the ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on the joint construction of the second main track with a gauge of 1435 mm on the cross-border section of the Zabaikalsk – Manzhouli railway” and submit it to the State Duma in the prescribed manner.
8. On the allocation by the Ministry of Education of Russia in 2026 from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation of budgetary appropriations for the provision of a subsidy from the federal budget to the budget of the Tambov region for the purpose of co-financing expenditure obligations to reimburse previously incurred expenses of the Tambov region budget in order to complete the construction of a general education school for 1275 places in the city of Tambov

To approve the draft order of the Government of the Russian Federation on this issue.
