On September 30, the MOEX Issuer Academy is launching a new course “Issuer’s Route: Practical Issuance of Exchange Bonds” for companies interested in entering the public debt capital market.
The course’s goal is to help companies prepare for entering the exchange-traded bonds market and to raise financing through this instrument on the Moscow Exchange.
The course program includes nine webinars and one in-person meeting, which together cover all stages of preparation for the issuance of exchange-traded bonds: from the analysis of the potential issuer’s readiness to its operation after the securities placement. Participants will learn about requirements for entering the public debt capital market, government support measures, preparation for obtaining a credit rating, legal aspects, and the issuance placement process.
Issuing exchange-traded bonds allows companies to raise financing from an unlimited circle of investors without changing the company’s organizational and legal form and while preserving the equity capital structure.
The educational project will take place from September 30 to December 9, 2026. Owners and company representatives considering raising capital through the issuance of exchange-traded bonds, general and financial directors, IR team representatives, treasurers, specialists in corporate finance and strategic planning, legal department staff, and disclosure units are invited to participate.
The speakers in the course are experts from the Moscow Exchange and the regulator, representatives of issuers, arrangers banks, auditors, rating agencies, as well as lawyers, financial analysts, and independent experts.
To participate in the course, you need to complete pre-registration on the Moscow Exchange website.
