For the International Day of Older Persons, celebrated on October 1, a promotion for the senior generation has been prepared at the “Moscow — On the Wave” fish markets. From September 29 to October 1, upon presenting a pensioner’s ID, one can receive a 20 percent discount on the entire assortment. The promotion will take place at two markets — in Mitino and Kosino-Ukhtomsky. This special offer does not apply to delivery and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Fish and seafood in the diet of the older generation not only help diversify the menu but also make it more balanced and healthy. They are rich in complete proteins, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals. For example, vitamin B12 is involved in the formation of blood cells, and vitamin D is important for bone health and muscle function.
Thus, pollock and red mullet are types of lean fish and contain protein, which is needed to maintain muscles and tissue repair. Herring and mackerel are fatty fish varieties, rich in omega-3, important for maintaining normal heart and vascular function. Baltic sprat is a medium-fat fish, containing omega-3 and B vitamins that help regulate the nervous system.
The department of frozen products of our own production offers breaded salmon triangles, fish sticks, and fish cutlets. They are suitable for quick preparation of fish dishes at home. The discount also applies to delicacies from the ready-made food section. The assortment includes various seafood on skewers: tentacles and tubes of Commander squid, tuna and trout fillets, goatfish, shrimp in marinade, and sea scallops in bacon. Selected products will be prepared free of charge in the “Cook on the spot” area.
Special offers await pensioners not only during the holiday: from Monday to Thursday, between 10:00 and 13:00, they receive a permanent 15 percent discount.
The fish markets «Moscow — on the wave» operate in the Kosino-Ukhtomsky and Mitino districts. In addition to sales halls, there are specialized storage areas and food courts. A distinctive feature of the markets is their own laboratories, which monitor the quality of all products.
Fish and seafood from various regions — from Karelia to Kamchatka — are available at the markets. In addition, there is an opportunity to arrange delivery using the “Cooper” service.
