The Bank of Russia’s XBRL taxonomy for information presentation by queries version 8.1.0.3 is intended for use by professional securities market participants licensed to conduct dealer, brokerage, depository activities, activities related to maintaining the register of securities holders, forex dealer activities, securities management activities, and not possessing a management company license (hereinafter referred to as PURCB), as well as by indicator administrators and insurers for the purposes of:
1. Submission by the CCP of information to the Bank of Russia upon request in accordance with the Information of professional participants in the securities market licensed to carry out depository activities, as well as activities related to maintaining the register of securities owners, the procedure and deadlines for its preparation and submission, starting with information as of 01.01.2027.
2. Submission by PURCB to the Bank of Russia of information upon request in accordance with the Procedure for preparing information on the calculation of the capital adequacy ratio, starting with information as of 31.12.2026.
3. Provision by indicator administrators to the Bank of Russia of information upon request in accordance with the Procedure and deadlines for the preparation and submission of information by the indicator administrator, starting with information as of 31.03.2027.
4. Submission by insurers to the Bank of Russia of information on interim reporting dates, that is, reporting dates other than 31.01, 28.02, 31.03, 30.04, 31.05, 30.06, 31.07, 31.08, 30.09, 31.10, 30.11, 31.12, starting from the reporting date 01.01.2027, according to reporting form 0420150 “General information about the insurer” (sections 1 and 7), reporting form 0420154 “Report on insurer’s assets and liabilities” (sections 1–10), and reporting form 0420156 “Report on insurer’s solvency” (all sections). Insurers, when preparing information, should follow the procedures for compiling the specified reporting forms established in Appendix 1 to the Bank of Russia Instruction dated 30.06.2025 No. 7124-U1.
