The project involves JSC Russian Railways, whose specialists will construct the overpass. Materials produced in the Moscow region will be used during construction.

The city, in turn, will build Projected Passage No. 627 and will carry out reconstruction of sections of Aleksandrovka Street, Konstruktor Lukin Street, Alabushevskaya Street, and Projected Passage No. 684. As a result, the connection between the Kryukovo and Silino districts will improve, as will the accessibility of the sites special economic zone (SEZ) “Technopolis Moscow” in Zelenograd.

“Ground transportation will directly connect the 14th, 15th, 16th, 18th, and 20th microdistricts of Zelenograd with the sites of the SEZ ‘Technopolis Moscow.’ We plan to complete the work in 2027,” noted Sergey Sobyanin.
