Investors can purchase on the open market non-residential premises with an area of almost 200 square meters in a building in the east of the capital. The facility is located in the Bogorodskoye district near the Bulvar Rokossovskogo metro station. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“Moscow offers businesses many paths for development, and one of them is acquiring commercial premises through auctions. Entrepreneurs can choose a suitable lot from hundreds of options, based on their preferred criteria: area, district, proximity to various infrastructure objects, and other parameters. In particular, premises near the metro are of special interest. One such property can now be purchased in the Bogorodskoye district. The non-residential premises, with an area of 193.6 square meters, are located within walking distance from the ‘Bulvar Rokossovskogo’ metro station and the namesake station of the Moscow Central Circle. The free designation allows the auction winner to implement projects here in almost any field — from trade and other services to local manufacturing,” noted Kirill Purtov.
The non-residential premises are located in the basement of a five-story building at the address: 4th Podbelsky Drive, house 6. The property has a separate entrance. The seller is a metropolitan Department of City Property.
You can apply to participate in the bidding until September 29. The open auction will take place on October 8 on an online platform “Roseltorg”. To participate, it is necessary to register and have an enhanced qualified electronic signature.
