Entrepreneurs can purchase two commercial premises with free designation at auctions in the Tagansky district. This was reported by the head of the Moscow Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“Acquiring commercial real estate in the central part of Moscow is a promising investment in business development. Proximity to business, historical, and other socially significant sites, high foot traffic, and convenient transport accessibility can positively impact both the image and brand promotion. Currently, entrepreneurs can compete at open auctions for two non-residential premises in the Tagansky district, located near the metro station of the same name. The areas of the objects are 119.5 and 284.1 square meters, both have unrestricted use. One of the premises can be used for a retail outlet or small clothing production, while the other is suitable for opening an office, medical clinic, or art school,” noted Kirill Purtev.
The premises are located at the following addresses: Bolshoy Drovyanoy Lane, Building 21, Structure 1 and Narodnaya Street, building 14, structure 1. The seller of the real estate is the capital’s Department of City Property.
Applications for participation in the auctions will be accepted until October 15, and the auctions will be held on October 27 on the electronic platform “Roseltorg”. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature will be required to participate.
