This year, experts urban amenities complex 15 gas regulation stations (GRP) were manufactured for the metropolitan gas network. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow Pyotr Biryukov.
“The gas regulator units were manufactured at the own facilities of JSC ‘Mosgaz.’ They are a key element of the gas transportation system: they ensure safe pressure reduction, stable maintenance within specified parameters, and further distribution among industrial enterprises, social facilities, and residential buildings,” noted Petr Biryukov.
The production of gas control units is organized on a full-cycle principle — from design and 3D modeling to the release of finished equipment. The main focus is on the manufacture of cabinet-type gas control units, which stand out for their compactness, ease of operation, and high reliability.
Modern technologies are involved in the manufacturing process: laser metal cutting, turning and milling, as well as bending on specialized machines. Thanks to the use of innovative solutions, the gas distribution points fully comply with all requirements.
The production capacities allow fully meeting the needs of Moscow’s gas complex, including the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative districts. In addition, the enterprise has the capability to supply equipment to other gas distribution organizations.
