Beijing, April 15 /Xinhua/ — China and Vietnam should adhere to the principles of peace, development, cooperation, and mutual benefit, as well as make joint efforts to counter unilateralism and protectionism, said the CPC Central Committee General Secretary and State President Xi Jinping on Wednesday.
