Beijing, September 19 /Xinhua/ — Vice Premier of the State Council of the PRC, He Lifeng, will lead a delegation to visit the United States from September 19 to 23 this year to conduct trade and economic consultations with the American side, the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC reported on Saturday.
