Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on the transfer of days off in 2027.

In the new year, January 2 and 3 fall on Saturday and Sunday. Since these are non-working holidays, it was decided to move them to Friday, November 5, and Friday, December 31, respectively.

In addition, the non-working day has been moved from Saturday, February 20, to Monday, February 22.

Thus, the upcoming New Year holidays will last 11 days—from December 31, 2026, to January 10, 2027. Additionally, non-working days will be February 21, 22, and 23; March 6, 7, and 8; May 1–3 and May 8–10; June 12–14; and November 4–7.
