First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov, Deputy Prime Minister – Head of the Government Office Dmitry Grigorenko, and Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak held the latest meeting of the subcommittee on ensuring the uninterrupted functioning of certain sectors of the economy. Representatives of federal and regional authorities took part in the event.
At the recent meeting, participants discussed issues of government support for enterprises that responsibly invest in protection against aerial threats or have already suffered damage from drone attacks. The business community has prepared proposals for regulatory and tax relief.
“It is obvious that industrial sustainability is becoming part of the cost price, and, of course, the Government and regions must help businesses compensate for these expenses. However, it is important to link this assistance to confirmed investments in physical protection, in reserving critical equipment and logistics, as well as in the restoration of damaged facilities,” emphasized Denis Manturov.
