The “Mosart” gallery of the “Moscow Exhibition Halls” association invites you to the exhibition “Threads of Memories”. The exhibition explores personal, family, and collective memory through photographs, fabric, wood, embroidery, and other materials.

Marina Sazonenko works with family archives and migration routes, creating images with unfilled faces open to viewer interpretation. Yulia Altukhova uses archival photographs on wood chips, embroidery, and cyanotype. Zhanna Kulikova, through embroidered flowers on photographs, refers to the memory of a loved one.

“From Galoshes to Art.” Until October 31, 2026

The “Bogorodskoe” gallery presents an exhibition “From Galoshes to Art”. The exhibition tells the history of the Krasny Bogatyr factory, the close connection between industry and the new art that emerged in the first half of the 20th century.

The factory was founded in 1887, it operated for more than a century, and its products were known far beyond the capital. Since 1923, the enterprise became one of the most important in the USSR — it provided the population with galoshes and rubber boots.

At the exhibition, the company’s products are supplemented by archival photographs and a documentary short film about the work process. Since galoshes were popular among Soviet cultural figures, many humorous poetic and artistic works dedicated to them have been preserved.

“Paper Sculpture. Ecology of Taiwan.” Until January 10, 2027

An exhibition is presented in the small exhibition hall of the palace of Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich “Paper Sculpture. Ecology of Taiwan” Master Hsun Sin-fu. The artist has been engaged in paper sculpture for over 30 years; his works have been exhibited in Russia, the United States of America, Canada, Germany, France, Japan, Australia, and other countries.

The exhibition features sculptures depicting images of Taiwan’s endemic animals, as well as toys dedicated to ecology and folk traditions.

Museum of Doll History. Until December 31, 2027

The “Davydkovo” Gallery Opens doll world. They live in a secret room. Unique characters came from puppet theaters of India, Myanmar, China, Indonesia, Japan, and Europe to tell their stories to children and adults.

The museum features antique postcards with children playing with dolls, as well as huge moving objects by contemporary artists. The core of the exhibition is Lana Lett’s private collection.

“Frequencies 7.0. Against the method. Infinite science.” Until October 4, 2026

An exhibition is running at the “Na Peschanoi” gallery “Frequencies 7.0. Against the Method. Infinite Science”. It is dedicated to the formation of scientific knowledge and the intersection of science with contemporary art. Artists explore new forms and methods, experiment, and address questions of cognition. The exhibition includes works devoted to scientific and research activities, installations testing hypotheses, and multimedia projects where data collection becomes part of the visual expression.

An exhibition of Yuri Sherov is presented at the Museum of Russian Lubok and Naive Art “Sketches of Provincial Life”.

The New Manege invites you to an exhibition dedicated to the image of the horse in culture and art. The exhibition brings together works by Moscow and St. Petersburg artists of the 1970s generation, sculptors, ceramists, and metalwork masters.

At its core is a reflection on how the coexistence of humans and horses has shaped cultural codes and artistic language. The horse is presented as a metaphor of memory, tradition, and inner energy. The exhibition includes works from the “Free Artists of Petersburg” collection, private collections, and the studios of the authors.

The exhibition shows how the image of the horse is reinterpreted by contemporary artists, remaining a symbol of strength, freedom, and loyalty.
