SBU “Small business in Moscow» (MBM) will hold a workshop “Woman in Business: Strategy for Successful Growth” for both novice and experienced women entrepreneurs. It will help participants identify directions for business development, master the principles of managerial accounting, strengthen their personal brand, and also learn how to use artificial intelligence (AI) and social media to address business challenges. The program also includes a practical component and introduces success stories.
First, experts will speak to the guests about business value, creating an attractive offer, customer service, management accounting, and its role in the further development of their business. In addition, they will share modern methods of promoting a brand on social networks and the application of artificial intelligence. Businesswomen will learn how to form an AI team to carry out work tasks and improve the efficiency of business processes.
The program will also include presentations on personal brand archetypes, strategies for building recognition, and the role of business etiquette in strengthening a professional image.
In the practical part of the event, participants will identify important but not obvious resources for developing their business, prepare a proposal for clients, present it to the group, and improve it based on feedback. Additionally, the female entrepreneurs will practice business etiquette techniques and complete the exercise “How do clients see me?”: they will look at their professional image from an outside perspective and determine which details help build trust.
The speakers will be Oksana Romanova-Sharaya — entrepreneur and coach, Alexandra Arkhipova — graphic designer, Natalia Guseva — founder of a consulting company, Oksana Spivakovskaya — psychologist, Valentina Kirsanova — etiquette and protocol expert, as well as marketer Kirill Maksimov and founder of the AI assistants platform Vadim Khasanov.
The workshop “Woman in Business: Strategy for Successful Growth” will be held on September 25 from 10:00 to 15:00 at the business space “Meeting Point” of the “Moscow” business center at the address: Okhotny Ryad Street, building 2, entrance 3, 5th floor, “Moscow” hall. Participation is free; prior registration is required at at the MBM portal.
