Comprehensive landscaping of the territory was completed in the Central microdistrict of the Troitsk district of the Troitsky Administrative Okrug. The work was carried out near houses 1, 3, and 5 on 2nd Novovatutinskaya Street, as well as near houses 8, 10, and house 10, building 1 on Novovatutinsky Avenue. Modern playgrounds, sports zones, and spaces for peaceful rest were created for the residents. This was reported by complex of Moscow’s urban services.
One of the main features of the landscaped area became the sports cluster. The grounds were covered with shock-absorbing rubberized flooring, and goals for mini-football and basketball hoops were installed. Outdoor exercise equipment, pull-up bars, and other gear appeared for independent workouts in the fresh air.
We have completely renovated the play areas for children of different ages. Swings, climbing elements, sandboxes, and modern play complexes have been installed here. For example, the central element of one of the playgrounds is a large multi-level complex in the form of a fairy-tale castle with towers, slides, and climbing features. In another play area, bright themed structures for younger children have been placed.
They also arranged spaces for quiet relaxation. In total, they installed three gazebos and four pergolas there. Hanging benches were placed under the canopies, with outdoor furniture nearby. Overall, 236 small architectural forms appeared on the landscaped territory.
In 2025, pedestrian routes and yard driveways in this area were brought into order, and additional trees and shrubs were planted. In addition, four waste collection sites were modernized and equipped with modern containers.
The city utilities complex noted that the projects being implemented in the capital for improvement and creation of a comfortable urban environment correspond to the goals and objectives of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”.
