Specialists Moscow municipal services complex completed the improvement of several public spaces in the Tagansky district. Work was carried out on 16 sites, including the block on Goncharnaya Street and nine separate courtyard areas.
Specialists repaired more than 45.2 thousand square meters of asphalt and installed 96 new streetlights. Lawns were tended to over an area of more than 35.7 thousand square meters.
Leisure near home
A total of 15 children’s playgrounds, three workout zones, and two universal sports grounds have been renovated in the district. Specialists prepared their foundations and laid rubber coverings with a total area of over 7,300 square meters.
In addition, 104 play structures and 45 small sports architectural forms were installed in the improved areas. The equipment on the playgrounds will help children develop strength, agility, and coordination, as well as socialize and spend time together. In the sports zones, residents will be able to perform various exercises and play table tennis. In the yards, 309 pieces of garden and street furniture were also placed, including new swings for peaceful relaxation.
One of the major improvement projects was the courtyard near building 26, block 1 on Goncharnaya Street. Here, retaining walls were repaired and new lanterns were installed. For children, a play complex, a playhouse, a spring rocker, and a sandbox courtyard were set up.
New equipment has also appeared in other areas of the district. At building 12 on 5th Kotelnichesky Lane, a bright playground complex in the form of a steam locomotive with carriages and a slide, a carousel, and a chalkboard for drawing have been installed. A play area with a trampoline, a seesaw balance beam, and nest swings was created near building 38 on Goncharnaya Street. In the block on the same street, workout and table tennis areas have been set up.
The Moscow municipal services complex noted that the projects being implemented in the capital for landscaping and creating a comfortable urban environment correspond to the goals and objectives of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”.
