“Relocation under the renovation program in the northeast of the capital began in 2018. The first to relocate were residents of houses in the Babushkinsky and Yuzhnoye Medvedkovo districts. Today, 119 buildings have been completely vacated in the territory of the North-Eastern Administrative Okrug of Moscow, and another 43 old houses are in the process of being vacated. More than 24,300 residents have already received new apartments. In total, the relocation of 499 houses is planned within the framework of the current renovation program in the district, with over 86,500 Muscovites expected to move into apartments in modern new buildings,” said Vladimir Yefimov.
