A new director has been appointed to the Spare Parts and Components Plant

Starting Monday, September 14, Rifat Shavaliev was appointed director of the Spare Parts and Components Plant (ZPChK) of PJSC KAMAZ.

Rifat Shavaliev was born on August 27, 1987. In 2009, he graduated from the Kama State Engineering and Economic Academy with a specialty in “Machines and Technology of High-Efficiency Processing.” All of Rifat Shavaliev’s professional activity is closely connected with KAMAZ. He began his career at the automotive giant in 2006, starting at the Engine Plant as an operator of automatic, semi-automatic lines, machines, and installations. From 2009 to 2019, he progressed from foreman of the repair and maintenance shop for technological equipment in the “Motor” production workshops to the head of the heat treatment shop at the Engine Plant of PJSC “KAMAZ.” In 2019, he transferred to the Spare Parts and Components Plant, where he headed the production shop for housing parts and gearbox assembly, and in 2021 he became the head of the shafts shop. In 2024, Rifat Shavaliev was appointed head of the thermogalvanic production at the Engine Plant of PJSC “KAMAZ.” He worked successfully in this position until his new appointment.

Recall that Andrey Zhandarov, who previously headed the Spare Parts and Components Plant, was appointed director of the Bridge Plant of PJSC “KAMAZ” starting September 1, 2026.
