Kamchatka Krai has become the 48th region whose state and municipal institutions have gained the ability to publish procurements on supplier portal. This was reported by Maria Bagreeva, Deputy Mayor of Moscow, head of the Moscow Department of Economic Policy and Development.
“Interest in the supplier portal from customers across various regions of the Russian Federation is constantly growing. In September, the 48th region — Kamchatka Krai — joined the resource. Now, government organizations in Kamchatka will be able to purchase the goods or services they need from suppliers across the country, and entrepreneurs operating on the portal will gain a new sales market here. Kamchatka suppliers have been working on the resource practically since its inception — since 2014. They offer customers from different regions — Moscow, Kemerovo Oblast, Krasnodar Krai, and others — a variety of products — from cosmetics to educational and entertainment services,” noted Maria Bagreeva.
In the first six months of 2026, Kursk, the Jewish Autonomous, and Lipetsk regions joined the system. In August, Sergey Sobyanin announced the connection Donetsk People’s Republic.
“There are 150 entrepreneurs from the Kamchatka Krai registered on the supplier portal. We expect that the region joining as a customer will contribute to the growth of this figure, as suppliers will have the opportunity to conclude contracts with local institutions for the supply of goods, performance of work, and provision of services without unnecessary expenses. All transactions are conducted electronically and do not require complex preparation: the entry threshold on the platform is zero, which allows entrepreneurs to offer their products to a large number of potential consumers and confidently scale their business,” added the head of the capital’s Department for Competitive Policy.
For new users supplier portal help to get familiar with the platform: the project team conducts in-person training events. In October, such training will be held for customers from the Kamchatka Territory: they will be given a detailed presentation about the features and advantages of the resource, the specifics of work, the procedure for conducting transactions in electronic form, and additional tools that can be used with maximum efficiency.
In the capital Department of Information Technology It was noted that the supplier portal is open to customers from all regions of Russia. To get started, the authorized body must sign an agreement and choose one of two formats — integration or working directly on the portal. Thanks to the technical capabilities of the platform, the integration process is carried out promptly, and the universal gateway ensures seamless interaction: customers continue working in their usual interface. If the procurement process is not yet automated, the authorized body can quickly start working on the portal in their personal account.
Supplier Portal has been operating since 2013. It was created to automate small-volume purchases and has established itself as a useful service for interaction between government customers and businessmen. The range of goods, works, and services offered by entrepreneurs includes more than 3.6 million unique items. Over 1,500 contracts are concluded daily on the platform. The total number of customers on the platform exceeds 60 thousand, while suppliers number 410 thousand.
The functional customer of the portal is the capital city Department of Competition Policy, and its technical development is supervised by Department of Information Technology cities of Moscow.
