Moscow has been experiencing a boom in industrial construction for several years — almost every month new high-tech productions open in the city. About new innovative enterprises in the capital on his channel in in the messenger “Max” Sergey Sobyanin said.
“In particular, the company ‘Element-Technologies’ has organized the serial production of full-cycle power electronics. This is the first project of such a level in Russia — the entire production chain is closed within the country. The innovative industrial complex is equipped with the latest equipment, some of which was specially developed for the enterprise. The company “Element-Technologies,” founded in 2020, has organized an innovative full-cycle production for the serial manufacturing of specialized power electronics — from mounting electronic components and assembly to testing and releasing finished products.
The new industrial complex, covering an area of more than 7,700 square meters, is equipped with the latest wave soldering, sealing equipment, as well as automated surface-mount technology (SMT) lines, through-hole assembly lines, assembly lines, automated programming, and power electronics testing.
Production capacities allow for the annual manufacture of up to 100,000 server power supply units with a capacity of up to five kilowatts (CRPS standard power supplies) and up to 25,000 power modules and converters with a capacity of up to 40 kilowatts for electric vehicle charging stations.
The products manufactured are unique for the Russian Federation. Moreover, they meet global standards and modern requirements for power electronics. Quality control is carried out at all stages of production. The products of the new enterprise will be in demand in IT infrastructure, telecommunications, and industry, including automotive, and can be used in data centers, artificial intelligence systems, and charging infrastructure.
The company has already signed agreements with the largest Russian manufacturers of server equipment. In addition, in 2026, the enterprise plans to produce about 800 power modules with a capacity of 40 kilowatts for charging stations, which will be installed in various regions of the country.
The company’s products will be in demand not only in Moscow and the Moscow Region, but also in the Leningrad Region, the Republics of Bashkortostan and Tatarstan, and other regions of the country. This will significantly accelerate the development of a network of fast charging stations for public and private electric vehicles, as well as provide reliable power sources for data centers throughout Russia.
The company has created 120 highly skilled jobs.
Full cycle of electronic circuit board production
The company “X Electronics,” established in 2024, has organized a full-cycle production (from development to serial manufacturing) for the fabrication of electronic printed circuit boards, modules, and finished devices.
Among the produced products are a dual-processor server, a motherboard with a frequency of up to 7400 megahertz, a fiscal registrar, and a managed L2 switch.
The facility, covering an area of 2,600 square meters, is equipped with high-precision production lines for automatic circuit board assembly and through-hole component installation — this is combined with multi-level in-line quality monitoring, including 3D inspection.
The company’s products are used in various industries — from communications and telecommunications to transport and industry. Among the customers are large enterprises manufacturing electrical equipment, robotic and IT systems.
134 jobs have been created at the enterprise.
Production of components for robotic systems
LLC “Polet”, founded in 2024, has mastered the production of electric motors, battery packs, and other components for robotic systems.
A full-cycle enterprise with a total area of 5,200 square meters includes metalworking workshops, engine assembly, and plastic parts manufacturing. Unique robotic complexes are installed here for the automated extraction of finished products from injection molding machines.
The company has created 263 jobs.
Manufacturer of domestic laser equipment
The experimental design bureau “Bulat,” established in 1991, is a Russian developer and manufacturer of laser equipment for welding, cutting, engraving, cleaning, and other technical operations, as well as cooling systems. Among the products manufactured are the LRS AU and LRS PRO laser machines for processing parts of various sizes.
Modern production equipment has been installed in the assembly workshop covering an area of 2,600 square meters.
The produced products are in demand among major Russian enterprises and scientific-educational organizations, including the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov, the Institute of Nanotechnology of Microelectronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and the Moscow Aviation Institute. The equipment manufactured at the enterprise operates in more than 30 countries worldwide.

Production of biotechnological pharmaceutical drugs
LLC “Artsellence” produces biotechnological drugs for the treatment of oncological, autoimmune, endocrine, cardiovascular diseases, and liver diseases.
The company has completed the construction of a high-tech pharmaceutical plant that will produce innovative biotechnological drugs for the treatment of oncological and autoimmune diseases. The area of the modern industrial complex is 26,500 square meters.
This is a full-cycle production, including the development of drugs based on monoclonal antibodies, modification of molecules to more advanced biospecific forms, as well as the implementation of innovative solutions based on ribonucleic acid, CAR-T technologies, and stem cells.
In particular, the company plans to establish the production of such drugs as:
— nivolumab and pembrolizumab for immunotherapy of oncological diseases (nivolumab is prescribed for various types of malignant neoplasms, while pembrolizumab is used in the treatment of more than 10 oncological diseases, including melanoma, lung, kidney, endometrial, cervical cancers, as well as head and neck tumors);
— “Tirzetta,” prescribed for weight loss (an analogue of the drug “Mounjaro”).
The capacity of the new production facility allows for the annual output of up to 750 thousand vials of finished products (or up to 150 kilograms of pharmaceutical substances). This will enable the provision of patients across Russia with modern medications for the treatment of serious diseases and make a significant contribution to replacing imported counterparts.
More than 300 jobs will be created at the enterprise.
Production launch is scheduled for 2027.
Founded in 2023, the company specializes in the creation of biosimilars and original drugs for the treatment of oncological, autoimmune, cardiovascular diseases, and diabetes. To date, the company already has seven drugs in its portfolio, with another two undergoing clinical trials.

LLC “Velfarm-M” produces innovative drugs for the treatment of cancer and other socially significant diseases.
In a complex covering 33,000 square meters, 26 technological lines will be installed, including 14 lines for finished dosage forms, five lines for the production of active pharmaceutical substances, seven packaging lines with serialization, as well as laboratories — microbiological, LAL test, quality control, and R&D. Thus, a full production cycle will be carried out on one site — from the synthesis of active pharmaceutical substances to the release of finished dosage forms.
The company’s capacities will allow for the production of over 240 million units of finished products per year.
The enterprise plans to produce more than 150 types of medicines — over 70 percent of them are included in the list of essential and vital drugs. More than 15 types of medicines will be supplied for the city’s needs under a contract with a sales guarantee, concluded with the Moscow Department of Health. For patients, this means that the necessary medications will always be available in the city’s pharmacies and hospitals.
In addition, the company’s products will be supplied to most regions of the Russian Federation and other countries (Armenia, Belarus, Iraq, Tajikistan, and others).

Localizing the production of critically important goods in Moscow and developing innovative solutions make it possible to increase the share of domestic products and technologies, which are of better quality than foreign counterparts, thereby ensuring the technological sovereignty of our country.
By 2030, the share of high-tech sectors in the revenue of enterprises with production facilities located in Moscow should exceed 50 percent.
