The city put up for auction six non-residential premises of free use in the Kosino-Ukhtomsky district. They are located on the ground floor of a new apartment building on Nikolai Starostin Street. This was reported by the head of the city’s Department of Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“Business premises in new buildings are a special category of lots at city auctions, which naturally attract the interest of entrepreneurs. Such properties are suitable for housing a wide range of organizations in demand by local residents: shops, cafes, medical, sports, leisure facilities, points of household services and many others. As a rule, a separate entrance from the street is designed here, and the layout provides spacious areas for convenient zoning. Currently, entrepreneurs can purchase six multi-purpose premises on the first floor of a 2024 multi-apartment building on Nikolay Starostin Street. Their area ranges from 62.5 to 211 square meters, and the acceptance of applications for participation in the auctions will end on September 29 and 30,” Kirill Purtov said.
The properties are located near the Moscow Ring Road at the address: 10 Nikolay Starostin Street, Building 1.
The trades will take place on October 8 and 9 at the venue “Roseltorg”. To participate, individuals and legal entities must register and obtain an enhanced qualified electronic signature. The seller is the capital city Department of City Property.
