We inform you that, in accordance with paragraphs 1.1.1.20 of clause 1.1.1 and paragraph 1.2.9 of Part I General Section of the Rules for Trading on the Stock Market, Deposit Market and Credit Market of PJSC “Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS”, approved by the decision of the Supervisory Board of PJSC Moscow Exchange on May 15, 2026 (Protocol No. 17), and in connection with the upcoming cessation of trading, the following has been established:
1. When submitting applications for concluding transactions with the following securities:

From September 10, 2026, permissible are payment codes that provide for the execution of transactions no later than December 4, 2026.
2. From September 10, 2026, revise the row of Table 1-O (Type D Bonds) “Trading modes available for bonds and CSDs when concluding transactions in the Stock Market Section and the REPO Market Section” of the appendix to the Additional Terms of Trading on the Stock Market, approved by Order No. MB-P-2026-2519 dated 06/19/2026 (with amendments and additions), as follows:

1 – No trading takes place on the bond redemption date.
5 – Evening additional trading session.
7 – Morning additional trading session.
8 – Additional weekend trading session.
The specified restrictions apply on the days when the Main Trading Session is held. On the days when the Additional Weekend Trading Session is held, the restrictions of the day on which the Main Trading Session of the Trading Day, of which this Additional Weekend Trading Session is a part, are in effect, see Trading Calendar — Moscow Exchange | Markets.
