The Academy for Moscow Exchange issuers has launched the second free course educational online course for companies interested in entering the public market. It was prepared by the Moscow Exchange and launched with the participation of the Ministry of Finance of Russia as part of the implementation of the federal project ‘Development of the financial market’ within the national project ‘Effective and Competitive Economy’.
The course program includes 12 webinars covering all stages of preparation for the initial public offering: from the decision to go public to the post-IPO period. Participants will learn in detail about the requirements of the public market, pricing mechanisms, and current government support measures available to public joint-stock companies.
Public offering allows companies to raise capital without increasing debt burden, enhance financial transparency, and scale the business.
The educational project will take place from September 8 to December 1, 2026. Owners and company representatives considering the possibility of raising funds through an IPO, financial directors, members of IR teams, specialists in corporate finance and strategic planning, employees of legal departments and disclosure units are invited to participate.
