On September 14, 2026, DOM.RF shares will be included in the calculation base of the Moscow Exchange Value Building Index (MOEX Value Building Index). The value-building program has been implemented by the Bank of Russia and the Moscow Exchange to promote the best market practices for increasing the investment attractiveness of issuers and enhancing their shareholder value.

The Moscow Exchange began trading DOM.RF shares on November 20, 2025. The securities are included in the first-level quotation list. DOM.RF shares are part of 15 Moscow Exchange stock indices, including the MOEX Index and the RTS Index, MOEX and RTS Financial Indices, the MOEX IPO Index, the Pension Savings Stocks Subindex, as well as the MOEX-RSPP Sustainable Development Vector Index and others.

MOEX Value Creation Index includes shares of companies participating in the Shareholder Value Creation Program of the Bank of Russia and the Moscow Exchange. The program has been in effect since 2025 and includes MCJSC “Yandex,” PJSC Moscow Exchange, PJSC “MTS-Bank,” PJSC “PROMOMED,” PJSC Sberbank, PJSC “H F J,” MCJSC “EN+ GROUP.”
Shareholder Value Creation Program is addressed to Russian public joint-stock companies whose shares are included in the first and second quotation lists of the Moscow Exchange. The goal of the program is to increase the investment attractiveness of companies, increase their capitalization, and support the best corporate practices. The program is included in the national model of targeted business conditions until 2030, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation on November 29, 2025.
