This year marks the second season of the Moscow Government Award in the field of personnel management “In the Frame”. The final included the top 60 HR projects for working with employees and teams from all over Russia.
This season, projects from teams across various regions were submitted to the competition — from Murmansk and Kaliningrad to Sakhalin and Khabarovsk. Participants include federal agencies, state corporations and companies with state participation, regional executive authorities, as well as Moscow city authorities and organizations subordinate to them.
“The geography of the award this year is extensive: we received applications from 60 regions of the country. But the key for us is not the numbers, but the level of the projects. Once again, we see hundreds of bright, strong, and truly unique ideas. The winners will be chosen by our jury — we have entrusted the evaluation to professionals with significant practical experience. I wish good luck to my colleagues and the finalists!” said Polina Loginova, Head of the Human Resources Services Department of the Moscow Government.
At the initial stages, teams submitted their applications. Among the presented solutions were initiatives for attracting talent, adaptation, as well as for developing development programs for employees, process automation, and the implementation of unique advanced solutions in personnel management.
Leaders will be determined in three categories — federal agencies, regional organizations, and capital city authorities. There are four main nominations, among the most popular this year are “In Focus: Retention” and “Talent Academy: Development.” These are precisely the areas of work with teams that are most important today for the public sector and the professional community.
The third stage of the award ended on September 7. An expert panel selected 60 finalists. It consisted of 94 recognized professional practitioners in the field of HR and other industries. They analyzed all projects according to eight criteria and formed a ranking of finalists in each nomination and category. The full list is published on the official competition website.
The jury voting will begin on September 11. The panel consists of 30 top executives from the public sector and large organizations, for example the portal hh.ru, Bank of Russia, online service “Avito Job”, Moscow School of Management “Skolkovo”, Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, companies “VKontakte” and “Gazprom Neft”. They will select 12 winners and 24 laureates. When making their decision, they will consider not only the scores but also expert comments — this will highlight the most unconventional initiatives and projects with the greatest potential.
The results will be announced at a solemn ceremony to be held in Moscow in October. The best practices will be published on the “In the Frame” award website so that other employers can adopt successful solutions and implement them in their organizations.
The city is actively developing a comprehensive personnel management system: implementing modern industry practices and promoting the development of the country’s best HR teams. One of the key initiatives in this area is the “In the Frame” award. It was established by decision Sergey Sobyanin, the organizer is the Personnel Services Department of the Moscow Government.
