Beijing, September 8 /Xinhua/ — Mao Ning, an official spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, reminded on Tuesday that Taiwan has never been a state and never will be, adding that the deliberate distortion by the Lai Ching-te administration of UN General Assembly Resolution 2758 has once again demonstrated the separatist nature of this administration, aimed at achieving “Taiwan independence.”
