The boundaries of the advanced development territories (TOR) “Khabarovsk” and “Amur-Khiganskaya” in the Far East will be expanded to implement investment projects. The resolutions on this were signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

The territory of the TOR “Khabarovsk” will include land plots within the Lazo Municipal District. This will create conditions for the implementation of an investment project to construct a modern greenhouse complex covering more than 25 hectares. The total investment volume will be about 17.5 billion rubles. More than 500 jobs will be created in the process.

The goal of expanding the TOR «Amur-Khingan» in the Jewish Autonomous Region is the development of the Savkinsky bauxite deposit, which is estimated at 19.5 million tons. The implementation of this project will create about 200 jobs and attract about 2.3 billion rubles of private investment.

TOR is a special tool for territorial development, designed to stimulate priority economic sectors and attract new investors. Resident companies have access to a wide range of benefits and preferences, including the free customs zone procedure.

The signed documents amend the Government Resolution No. 1045 dated June 28, 2023.
