The facility will be constructed at the address: Filimonkovsky District, block 290, land plot No. 6.

“A modern logistics center will appear in the Filimonkovsky district of Moscow. The project passed the state examination and received a positive conclusion. A complex of buildings and structures with a total area of more than 70 thousand square meters will be built on a free land plot of 15 hectares at the intersection of Alexander Pechersky and Rabochaya streets,” Vladimir Efimov said.

A logistics center will be established as part of the city program to stimulate the creation of job opportunities.

“By order of Sergey Sobyanin, a program to stimulate the creation of job opportunities was developed in the capital, thanks to which modern infrastructure is being built in the city. For instance, more than 6.8 billion rubles of private investment were attracted for the construction of a new logistics center. After the opening of the facility, more than 800 specialists will be able to work there,” clarified the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

The main building of the logistics center is planned to be divided by firewalls into three warehouse compartments with administrative and utility blocks. To ensure the functioning of the warehouse building, the project includes the placement of auxiliary facilities. This was stated by the Chairman of the Moscow City Committee on Pricing Policy in Construction and State Expertise of Projects. Ivan Shcherbakov.
