In the Butyrsky district, a property was put up for city auction two non-residential premises for conducting business. Premises with an area of 71.7 and 115.8 square meters are located on the first floor of an apartment building. This was reported by Kirill Purtov, head of the Moscow Department for Competitive Policy.
“For a business focused on local residents, convenient access to the premises and the ability to adapt it to the chosen concept are especially important. Both properties on Rustaveli Street are located on the first floor of an apartment building and have flexible purposes. Here, one can open a veterinary clinic, an educational studio, or a service point. The difference in area allows entrepreneurs to select an option considering the scale and objectives of the future project. The application submission for participation in the bidding will end on October 7,” noted Kirill Purtov.
The premises are located at: Rustaveli Street, building 9a, block 1, within walking distance of the Butyrskaya metro station. The seller of the property is Moscow City Property Department.
Open auctions will be held on October 16 on the electronic platform “Roseltorg”. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature are required to participate.
