More than 12 Russian regions and seven countries have purchased the innovative products of the resident special economic zone “Technopolis Moscow” Special Economic Zone (SEZ). Since the beginning of the year, the manufacturer has delivered over 200,000 units of cosmetic products. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry. Maxim Liksutov.
“By the order of Sergey Sobyanin, the city is creating conditions for the development of high-tech industries, including in the fields of biomedicine and cosmeceuticals. Such enterprises develop products based on advanced scientific research and global evidence-based medicine. Since the beginning of 2026, the resident of the SEZ ‘Technopolis Moscow’ has delivered products to more than 12 regions of the country, as well as seven neighboring countries, totaling nearly 200 million rubles,” noted Maksim Liksutov.
The area of the company “Mezoformula” is 1,500 square meters. It houses a research laboratory and production sites with a total capacity of 725,000 units of products per year. The highest demand for products is observed in the Moscow, Leningrad, Novosibirsk, and Kaliningrad regions, as well as in the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Krasnodar Territory.
The company produces products based on its own developments. The formulations of cosmetic products are selected taking into account the maximum effectiveness of dosage and combination of active ingredients. The company’s assortment includes products for aesthetic medicine, biorevitalizants, chemical peels, peptide complexes, and professional cosmeceutical products.
One of the company’s flagship products is a lotion — a hair growth activator with a DNA complex for scalp restoration, as well as a popular line of products with senolytic properties that help slow down cellular aging.
The special economic zone “Technopolis Moscow” will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2026. Over two decades, the project has transformed from a launchpad for innovative projects into a key hub of domestic industry and a center of attraction for companies that define Russia’s technological sovereignty. Currently, more than 240 high-tech companies specializing in microelectronics, instrument engineering, biomedicine, IT, and robotics operate across 10 SEZ sites with a total area of over 430 hectares. These enterprises have created more than 33,000 highly qualified jobs.
The capital is creating a foundation for the country’s technological sovereignty. Thanks to urban solutions and support measures, residents of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ are increasing the production of innovative products and expanding their presence in global markets.
