How to get a full account
There are two ways to upgrade your account status on mos.ru to full. To do this, just log in via a verified account on mos.ru or link it in the “Profile” section by selecting the tab “Related Services”.

Elections of deputies to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and municipal deputies of the Shchukino district will be held in Moscow from September 18 to 20, 2026.
Users with a full account on mos.ru can vote online around the clock from 08:00 on September 18 until 19:59 on September 20 at elec.mos.ru. In-person voting at polling stations will take place from 08:00 to 20:00 on September 18–20. You can use the electronic voting terminal at any location in the city.
