Entrepreneurs can purchase at open auctions three commercial premises in the Akademichesky district. The facilities are located at Bolshaya Cheremushkinskaya Street, building 36, block 1. This was reported by the head of the city Department of Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“Participants in city auctions have a wide selection of business premises available, suitable for a variety of needs. Entrepreneurs can choose properties by area, district, proximity to the metro, and key city thoroughfares. For example, in the Akademichesky district on Bolshaya Cheremushkinskaya Street, three business premises ranging from 103 to 480.6 square meters are available for purchase. They are located near the Profsoyuznaya metro station and Cheremushkinsky pond. The free designation allows them to be adapted for a wide range of projects — from a sports or dance studio to a specialized store or office,” said Kirill Purtov.
Two rooms are located in the basement, another one is on the first floor and in the basement of an apartment building. The real estate seller is Department of City Property Moscow.
Applications for participation in the bidding will be accepted from September 24 to 30. Open auctions will take place on October 6 and 10 on the online platform “Roseltorg”. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature are required to participate.
